The Perfect Postage Personalization – Contest

PP_Wedding_2

One thing that often gets overlooked when planning your wedding is postage. It’s not always easy finding the perfect stamps for your wedding invitations and other wedding mail. It’s all about the personalized touches and Canada Post has some beautiful options for every kind of invitation, style and wedding.

The first stunning option is the new magnolia floral stamps. This collection of stamps is among Magnolia Stamp imagethe most popular of the year, highly anticipated by couples for upcoming wedding invitations.

The two colourful magnolias appearing on the stamps are the ‘yellow bird’ and ‘eskimo’ hybrids, specifically developed for the harsh Canadian climate.  Whether it is their shyly opening cup of velvety petals, or their intoxicating fragrance prized by luxury perfumers, there’s something romantic and irresistibly exotic about magnolias.

The second and exciting personal touch you can add to your wedding mail is one-of-a-kind stamps! They’re easy to make—either online or via the Canada Post mobile app—and the perfect way to make a big impression on your loved ones. It’s simple to create stunning personalized postage

  • Pick the photo or image you want to use.
  • Choose from 12 stylish frame designs to make a stamp that’s vertical (portrait) or horizontal (landscape).
  • Select the denomination(s) you need. There are stamps for Canada, the U.S., and International destinations.

You can order a Keepsake Sheet with 26 stamps & a souvenir photo enlargement. For a longer invite list, go with Full Sheets containing 50 stamps. Either way, you’ll save when you order 2 or more sheets!

Blurb Contest Winner

Last month we held a great contest sponsored by Blurb. We had an overwhelming amount of entries and we are happy to finally announce the winner!  Congratulations to Stephanie! She and her future fiancé won the $50 credit from Blurb!

So what will Stephanie do with that $50 from Blurb?

If we won, we would do a Hardcover photo wrap four our wedding album. Our wedding will be taking place on December 2, 2012.

Amazing!

Here is a little more about Stephanie and Stephen:

we were set up on a blind date nearly 5 years ago while we were still in college. I knew from that first date that he was going to be the man I spent the rest of my life with.

I’m an interior designer and Stephen is a manager for an auto mechanic shop while finishing school for civil engineering. We have a long hair chihuahua named Tico and a cat named Autumn.

Congratulations Stephanie and Stephen!

Happy Monday!  I am loving this Engagement Session captured by Kandise Brown of Hibou Photo.  The couple, Hannah & Theron, are from Fredericton, New Brunswick and they are a couple of textile artists (how cool is that?)

This relaxed and sweet engagement session reflects their personalities and how they met…. did I mention I love Hannah’s jacket!
Enjoy!

Congratulations Hannah & Theron, I can’t wait to see the wedding!
